What should I bring to a Body Back Transformation or Body Back Drop-In class?

  • Plenty of water
  • Sweat towel
  • Yoga mat or towel for floor work
  • Sunblock, bug spray, layers or other gear if we're outside
  • Resistance bands (once you're registered; if you are trying a class for the first time, we'll supply them)
