We're dedicated to helping you find "strength in motherhood." Support your healthy and active pregnancy with our prenatal fitness class, Fit4Baby. Bring your baby along for the ride at our signature stroller fitness program, Stroller Strides. Focus on your goals at Body Back, a boot camp-style, moms-only workout.

FIT4MOM® classes are offered throughout the western suburbs of Chicago in the Downers Grove, Hinsdale, La Grange, Lisle, Naperville and River Forest. Classes are coming soon to Burr Ridge and Bolingbrook. See below for class descriptions and locations.

    Body Back Transformation »

    Next sessions start September 28th!

    Body Back Transformation is an 8-week, results-based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms. The workouts offer high-intensity, interval formats that give clients a total-body workout.

    Body Back Workout-Only Session »

    This 8-week, workout-only session is available for moms who have previously completed the 8 week Transformation.

    Details:

    • One 60-minute HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) workout per week.
    • 8-week session
    • Non-refundable and non-transferable
    • $99 for entire session

    This option is ONLY offered in Westmont.

    Next session begins Wednesday, September 27th. Classes are Wednesday at 7:30pm at the Orchard Brook Clubhouse.

    Stroller Strides »

    Our signature stroller fitness program offering "Fitness for Mom, Fun for Baby™"!

    Stroller Strides® is a total fitness program that moms can do WITH their stroller-aged children. It includes power walking/jogging and intervals of strength and body toning using exercise tubing, your stroller, and the environment. Taught by certified fitness instructors (who are also moms), it is a great workout for ANY level of exerciser. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to engage and entertain baby, so mom is able to enjoy her 60-minute workout.

    Stroller Barre »

    Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga, and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. Created by a mom who was formerly a professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format.

    Postpartum women tend to have tight and weak pectoral (chest), abdominal and quadriceps muscles. In addition, the back and hamstrings muscles become stretched and weak. This occurs due to hunched posture from breast or bottle feeding, excessive spinal curves while carrying baby in utero and after birth, and repeatedly picking their new (and rapidly growing) baby up. Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy!

    Fit4Baby Prenatal »

    Pregnancy is the perfect time to commit to you and your baby's health! Prenatal exercise is an important component to your pregnant well-being, as well as your strength as a new mom.

    Fit4Baby® is designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. Regular activity such as Fit4Baby® classes can help to reduce many maternal aches and pains, increase energy during pregnancy and may speed the labor, delivery and recovery process. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), exercise is just as important during pregnancy as any other time of life.

    We train and certify our Fit4Baby® instructors so they are fully equipped to lead pregnant women in exercises that are safe and appropriate for their changing bodies. Fit4Baby® prenatal fitness classes are interval-based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises, and stretching and balancing exercises.
