"I wanted to maintain my fitness level during my second pregnancy and was excited to find a class so close to home. I signed up for the prenatal bootcamp at 19 weeks and continued until I was 39 weeks. This class helped me remain active and I felt awesome throughout my pregnancy. The great thing about this class is you can go at your own pace and I feel it really helps you prepare for delivery. Having an instructor with a young child and knowing what it felt like to be pregnant and how your body feels was helpful as well. I also liked connecting with other moms to offer advice and discuss what to expect during pregnancy. I have been able to bounce back a lot quicker the second time and have almost regained my figure and fitness level 3 months postpartum."
