Body Back Workout-Only Session
Body Back® Workout-Only Session is an 8-week session with the same high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) offered in Body back Transformation. This session is available to Moms who've completed at least one session of Body Back Transformation. The experience includes two 60-minute workouts per week, designed to maintain the progress you made during Body Back Transformation. Additionally, you'll still enjoy the connection with other moms and instructors in a supportive group atmosphere.
- Two 60-minute HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) workouts per week.

- Non-refundable and non-transferable
- $159 for entire session
