Body Back has 3 formats: Rounds, Traveling and Circuit.
Each is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class with a combination of Cardio, Strength and Core. This method is proven to yield the best results and burn the most calories after the workout.

Absolutely not. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels. The goal for this class is to improve your strength and fitness level, whatever it might be.
Results may vary, but for a full eight week session, we see an average weight loss of 8-25 pounds and countless inches. Most importantly, you'll see incredible strength and endurance gains leading to a more confident YOU! Some women join our programs to lose weight while others have strength or personal goals. No matter your reasons, our coaches will help you reach your goals.
Recipes are clean, easy, flavorful and include simple ingredients. The healthy recipes help you to eat a balanced diet of protein, fiber, fruits and vegetables. Lots of recipes can be made ahead of time and served later. There are even gluten-free and vegan options.
Most of the recipes are family-friendly too. Most kids who aren't picky eaters will find the meals enjoyable.
For 8-week sessions of Body Back Transformation, you must pre-register to ensure your spot in the class and commit to the full 8 weeks. Body Back sessions sell out quickly, so you want to hold your spot by registering early.
For Body Back Drop-In classes, it is not required but is encouraged so your instructor knows to expect you and can contact you if there are any changes.
No. This workout is not intended for prenatal exercise and we do not recommend following the meal plans during pregnancy. If you become pregnant during the course of your Body Back session, please notify your instructor.
Body Back is appropriate for moms with children ages 12+ weeks.
We don't recommend starting this class until you are at least 3-6 months postpartum because of the intensity of the workouts and the level of personal commitment needed to succeed.
If you have it, or think you may, it is ok. Our instructors are certified in pre and postnatal exercise and can help you a) determine whether you have it and b) show you modifications to exercise safely if you do.

Yes. With a few modifications to the meal plan, nursing moms will receive an adequate caloric intake.
