Body Back Transformation is an 8-week, results-based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms. The workouts offer high-intensity, interval formats that give clients a total-body workout.

Classes meet 2 times per week. You must be able to attend both classes to enroll. Space is limited to 14 participants.
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot. Balance is due 24 hours before session start. To pay deposit please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellation Policy: Purchase of a Body Back session is non-refundable and non-transferrable. If you are unable to make a class your instructor will provide an at home workout. If space allows you may take up to 2 make up classes at a different location during the same session.
